UK shops: pounds, 20% VAT and UK counties

Shops in the United Kingdom can sign up with their country set to the UK. Quotes, invoices and receipts start in pounds (GBP) with 20% VAT, and addresses use UK counties. You can still change the currency and tax rate in Settings.
