Specific Raised Lettering Sub-styles (Tooled, Sandblast, Relief)
I want to be able to choose from different styles of raised lettering, such as: - Raised letters with a tooled background - Raised lettering with a sandblast background - Raised lettering above the face of the monument (relief) This would help provide more accurate options for the specific way the lettering is finished on the stone.

Rename "Sunk Lettering" category to "Sandblast Lettering"
I want to rename the "Sunk Lettering" category under Lettering Style to "Sandblast Lettering". This is because "Skin Frost" is one of the options under that category, and Skin Frost is not actually "sunk" lettering. Using "Sandblast Lettering" as the category name would be more accurate and less confusing for users.

Auto Generated Date Field Appends Deleted Text
Auto generated dates entered with deceased info won’t fully delete. Both dates were generated and inserted as ##/##/#### with a dash between them. I changed the birth date to use abbreviated month, numeric date, and 4 digit numeric year. Doing the same thing to the death date (without closing the “edit textbox” results in the above-mentioned all-numeric format being re-appended to the end of the text, over and over again. The only way to avoid this seems to be accomplished by adding a new textbox and retyping the text manually.

Pan Orders Dashboard Left & Right
If it’s not already possible, the ability to pan the Order Management dashboard left and right with the mouse would be helpful. Perhaps when the mouse is hovering between columns, the cursor/icon changes to a slightly different ‘hand’ icon to indicate that clicking and dragging will pan the view rather than move an order. 🤔

Getting the proof to show up o the shop ticket
Sometimes the proof shows up on the shop ticket, other times it does not. I have tried uploading both pdf and jpg file types to the order page and to the documents page as a drawing. Tell me how I can make the proof show up on the shop ticket every time please and thank you!

Hi there. We have two accoutns who order vase cores from us in their markers they buy from us. Both are flat cemeteries who only allow reversible vases. Is it possible to have a “Vase Core” feature added? It would also be helpful to add the diameter size of the core also as a drop down once the “Vase Core” option was selected.

I want a dropdown menu for key tasks related to deeds and permits, specifically: 1. accepting a deed with copy, 2. permit application, 3. approved permit, and 4. Return deed with signature. This would help manage these key tasks more efficiently than the current manual workflow setup.

Cemetery Info Page - Uploading image File types and make it possible to attach links to cemeteries
It would be super handy to be able to upload image files, primarily jpgs. We have photos of all of the front entrances to the cemeteries we service. Also, if it were possible, adding the ability to add a hyperlink to the cemetery notes section would be so very convenient. I would link it to the findagrave.com page for the corresponding cemetery. That would help my installers when problems arose locating the grave in question.
