Automatically Add Color, Dimensions, Finishes, Shape to Top of Sketch
Is it possible that the Color, Dimensions, Finishes, and Shape can be automatically added to the top of the sketch? When we send an order to our drafter to get the customer a scaled drawing to approve, the drafter would need to see all this info. I can do it manually, but it just makes things a little more efficient if Monudesk could do it with every order.

I am experiencing an issue where I am editing the 'to-do' list under order management to fit our workflow. I can add steps, but when I try to move or reorder them, the new order is not being saved.

Add Standard Stone Shape Fields and Sketch Options
Can you add standard shape options to choose from on the items page? Serp Top, Oval Top, Straight Top, Single Heart, Double Heart, Cross, and Custom Shape File Number. For the Custom Shape field, you would need to add the shape file number that comes directly from the supplier. Can these shapes also be added to the sketch tool? Can you also add a freehand draw option?

Add saved lettering presets for our most common setups
Now that each line can have its own lettering style, instead of copying the style from another line every time, I'd love to have saved presets, like preset 1, preset 2, preset 3, for the most common lettering setups we use. Then I could just pick the preset for a line instead of rebuilding or copying it each time. It would speed up entry a lot since we tend to reuse the same few lettering starts over and over.

Flag orders that sit in one stage too long
Beyond the promised-date color alerts, I want to set a time limit on each stage and have an order flag itself if it sits there too long. For example, drafts maybe shouldn't take more than five days. If an order has been sitting in a bucket beyond the standard time I set, it should start to flag yellow then red so I can see it's overdue for that stage. That way nothing quietly stalls in one phase without me noticing.

I need to be able to choose whether a discount is applied before tax or after tax. Right now MonuDesk always applies the discount before tax, which lowers the taxable amount. I book my discounts after tax in QuickBooks, so on a recent order a $75 discount created about a $5 difference between MonuDesk and QuickBooks because the taxable base didn't match. QuickBooks lets me pick before-tax or after-tax. I need MonuDesk to let me pick too, so my numbers reconcile and I'm not fixing cent-level differences by hand.

Right now when a customer approves a drawing or does something in the portal, the only thing that happens is an email goes to our company profile address. We're a multi-user shop and I don't want to sit watching email to know when something happened. I need a notification area inside MonuDesk where I can see these events, like when a customer approves, so whoever is logged in can see it without relying on email.

When I'm working an order I want to pull up the full summary and either print it or save it out, so I have a copy to hand off, file, or share without screenshotting the screen. Purchase Orders: update order stage and show vendor + PO number in the 'at a glance' task list
When a Purchase Order is created for an order, two things should happen: 1. The PO should advance the matching workflow stage in the order's 'at a glance' task list. Example: creating a PO for the stone should turn the "Stone: Must Be Ordered" task into ordered. 2. In that same 'at a glance' area, each affected line should show which vendor the item was ordered from and the PO number, on the same line as the task. So the user can see, at a glance, that the stone was ordered, from which vendor, and under which PO number. The PO ties to the client's name/listing in MonuDesk. Kim sees this as part of the order workflow tracking (Quote, Payment, Foundation, Stone, Design, Stencil, Engraving, Inspection, Installation). Context: Dennis mentioned this could fold into the audit trail feature currently in progress.

I would like the color-specific pricing feature, which currently functions great for granite vases, to also be implemented for bronze and metal vases. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a search bar within the color selection interface for all accessories, allowing me to quickly find specific colors instead of scrolling through all of them.
