Let’s build this together!
Can you add the ability to copy and paste within the sketch builder? Can you also make the line snapping in the sketch able to be turned off?
On the Monudesk message portal (updates). If I url is posted to share a video etc with a Client the portal is stripping off the html so the link is not clickable.
When the customer signs their contract in the portal, there is no signed copy that shows anywhere. Can you add a signed copy of the contract in the documents section of the customer card?
Hi there. So, since we perform our own etchings, it is non-taxable. They fall under the same invoice category of "accessories" as vases, which are taxable. Can etchings fall under their own invoice category? Perhaps you have a better idea. :)
When I put in the sizes, the fields say length where I'm used to width, and on the base I had to ask if the thickness is the height. The way I think about it is the width, the thickness and the height, for the stone and for the base. If there was a setting where I could change the labels or swap the order to width × thickness × height, that would help me out a lot.
I was also not asked to remove either the die or the base from inventory.
The toggle specifies P5 Finish, but the Shop Ticket and PO form show something different
I would the ability to edit receipts and invoices to display further or simpler information. For example showing detailed payment info like check number and date received, even the ability to add a Memo (all standard QB data inputs) This would allow me to generate an invoice that shows greater payment detail which is helpful with wholesale accounts. or families where several parties are making payments.
Would like to have a separate pipeline for service orders and bronze order. Due to orders being missed/and overlooked. Turnaround time and order process is different.
A trip ticket for the day's installs, grouped by cemetery and zone, so the crew can load the truck once and run an efficient route instead of criss-crossing the county.
When someone emails us asking about a stone, it would be amazing if MonuDesk could read the email and create the contact, or even a draft order, right from the inbox instead of me re-typing everything.
Now that each line can have its own lettering style, instead of copying the style from another line every time, I'd love to have saved presets, like preset 1, preset 2, preset 3, for the most common lettering setups we use. Then I could just pick the preset for a line instead of rebuilding or copying it each time. It would speed up entry a lot since we tend to reuse the same few lettering starts over and over.
I need to be able to choose whether a discount is applied before tax or after tax. Right now MonuDesk always applies the discount before tax, which lowers the taxable amount. I book my discounts after tax in QuickBooks, so on a recent order a $75 discount created about a $5 difference between MonuDesk and QuickBooks because the taxable base didn't match. QuickBooks lets me pick before-tax or after-tax. I need MonuDesk to let me pick too, so my numbers reconcile and I'm not fixing cent-level differences by hand.
Under Material, add third option alongside Customer Granite and Stock Granite: "Ordered Granite" with vendor + date ("Rock of Ages, April 15, 2026"). Ties to PO tracking.
Native desktop app or offline-first mode so users can work without an internet connection. Targeted for Summer.
Asa's biggest wholesale client (Tulsa, ~$200K/year) has 4 salespeople who must NOT see any pricing. Zero. Owner sees pricing. Dealbreaker for using B2B portal with largest account.
Report and track damage or warranty claims against specific pieces with status, photos, and resolution.
(A) Auto-lock on set day each month (e.g., 15th of following month). (B) Manual lock button. Locked months cannot have orders, payments, or tax records changed. Required for US GAAP and audit. Quote: "When your month is closed, you have to freeze them."
