Enable/Disable tax for specific line items

We only charge tax on the stone price not on everything. Right now it is charging tax for everything automatically. I know that may be different for each monument company, so maybe there could be a dropdown to select what tax applies to (in our case ‘stone price’). Then for our wholesale orders; if we have a way to mark as ‘wholesale’ it won’t apply the tax at all.
