Product gallery that builds itself from order photos

When someone calls and asks "can you send me some pictures of your work?", my team can spend 15 to 20 minutes hunting for the right photos. We have started building folders in Google Drive by type, like benches, bevels and bronze, just to keep up.

Every finished order already has photos and an order type. If those photos filed themselves into a gallery grouped by type, we would always have examples ready to send. We would also need a way to mark that the family is OK with us using their photos.
