Partner drawing approval from the portal, with notifications

Wholesale production can now start the moment your partner signs off. When a drawing is uploaded to an order, the partner is notified and can review it directly in their portal. The drawing is presented together with the estimate as a single review step, and the partner can approve or reject it right there — no emailing files back and forth to get the go-ahead.
