Sketch builder for onsite lettering service orders

Make the sketch builder available for onsite lettering service orders, not just monument orders, so I can show customers what the final lettering will look like. When adding final dates to an existing stone, pre-populate the existing inscription so the new lettering can be shown alongside what's already there.
