oh no---when a client was added Monudesk overwrote the Notes in my Quickbooks with an order number!
the notes we write in our Quickbooks Online are very detailed and important—we cannot have Monudesk overwriting it. Please fix this ASAP maybe set up so notes are null it can write but if not null it cannot write??

Hey Kim! Seems like you‘re already using that field for your notes already. If you go inside your Settings → Integrations, you can map the MonuDesk←>Quickbooks fields the way you need. Let me know if you have any issues Setting that up!

My problem is it overwrote the notes I already had in that QBO client file!!!

for now I’ve told it in mapping for MD notes to go to Payment notes so at least it won’t overwrite me details already in QBO.

I got it. So you wrote your notes into the notes field in QBO and MNDSK overwrote order number into that field…
Did your solution work? Maybe I am missing something but I dont think there is action required from our end? Please correct me if I am wrong
