Multi-location support

What it does: Companies with multiple shops or offices should be able to switch between locations from the top of the screen. The user should be able to see all orders across every location at once, or filter down to just one. Team members should only see the location they are assigned to. Vendors, cemeteries, and orders should all be organized by location.
