Native mobile app for field use, notes, and notifications

A simple mobile app for capturing customer notes on the go, syncing back to the laptop for later order completion. Also useful for receiving urgent notifications about order updates.

Use cases for the field crew:

• Install photo uploads to the order, with the customer notified automatically
• Document scanning and auto-upload
• Driving directions to the cemetery
• To-do checkbox updates from the field
• Urgent push notifications about order updates

The web app currently isn't fluid enough for field/shop use — looking up an order at the cemetery on a phone means rotating, shrinking, and panning.
