Let the user decide at the end of an order whether to send it to QuickBooks, and show how it will be sent

At the last step of an order, let the user decide whether this order should be sent to QuickBooks. Before anything is sent, show exactly how it will appear in QuickBooks so there are no surprises.

The preview should show:

• Whether it will be created as a sales receipt or an invoice
• The customer it will be attached to
• Each line item and its amount
• How tax is handled
• The total

The user can then confirm and send, or skip sending this order to QuickBooks.
