Let partners see what we're waiting on them for

On orders shared with a B2B partner, the partner needs to see the outstanding items being waited on from them — for example a porcelain photo or an etching design choice. If they can see "waiting on photo" and see when it is marked received, they know to act without calling, and they can answer their own customers about where the monument is in the process. Making the partner a mentionable contact on order notes, so they get notified directly, would cover this.
