Concerns I noted today:

We were trying to add an inscription job, and  we noticed we cannot drag photo into the photo area. Also, where do we add line items? I only see one area that says flat price but where do you put in the permit fee, the additional quantity, etchings, cameos, different lettering stylings? 

On there Permit application tab, how can we tell if permit is approved?

    Hey Lauren, when it comes to adding photos in the new quote tab, most pages there have a “upload file” button that you can use to add photos. If you want to drag a photo into the order instead of picking the file from the file directory on your computer, you can also finalize the order and when you open the order → notes & files → you’re able to drag files into the “Upload Files” field.

    Regarding your permit application stage; it’s simply a stage of the order.

    I knwo that some users have one and they simply move the order to the next stage, which means that since it left the permit application stage, it must already be done.

    Another great alternative is creating a “Permit application” task instead of a stage. This will make it possible for you to check it off and see that its completed that way.
