Group Order Summary by customer

Add a 'group by customer' option on the Order Summary page where each line is one customer with their orders rolled up. Exploratory / low priority. Overlaps with the cleaner ask of 'show all orders incl. zero balance' on Open Balances, which solves the same need. Source: Martin / Indianola Memorial Works phone call.
