Foundation paid directly to the cemetery

Some families pay the cemetery for the foundation themselves, often with a check made out to the cemetery. Mark the foundation as paid to the cemetery and it stays on the order and the foundation order, but it's left out of your totals, tax and balance, and the invoice shows it on its own line.
