Need to be able to print a separate form for foundation information to send to Cemeteries. Similar to the Shop Ticket, which is what we will use for now. But instead of it reading Shop Ticket is is specifically generated as a FOUNDATION FORM. -Cemetery Details. Or Sub Contractor Details<ul><li>Order for Layout and/or Foundation</li><li>Who the stone is for</li><li>Type of Stone </li><li>Size of foundation needed. </li><li>Customer Contact</li></ul>
