Family name field at the top of each decedent card

Separate from the per-decedent last name. **Real example:** "Nizzolo, Grace and Ronald V." but Grace's maiden name is Smith, so the family name on the stone differs from one decedent's last name. Family name is a property of the order, decedent last names are properties of the decedents. Jarred currently workarounds by typing "John A." on one line and "Nancy L." on the next without repeating the surname.

    Decedent-name-driven and editable order cards on the dashboard

    Cards on the kanban currently lead with purchaser name and pull last name from contact, which causes naming awkwardness when the family name and decedent name differ. Multiple customers want the card to lead with decedent name and to be editable inline. Pairs with the "Mialo Mialo" duplication bug and with the Sales Order PDF / quick-glance summary work.
