Add Excel export to the Open Balances page, matching the existing Tax Report export pattern. Lets users print/share a master receivables report including customer name, phone, cemetery, and stage.

Pairs with the 'show paid orders too' toggle: together they turn Open Balances into a complete customer ledger.
