Explicit "Concrete Foundation" option for markers

I want an explicit "Concrete Foundation" option in Items & Configuration for markers. Right now there's only a Granite toggle, but many cemeteries specifically require concrete and it shouldn't be buried in notes.

    For the markers "Items & Configuration" section/page does not have Concrete foundation option. It would be nice to have one because some Cemeteries require it.
