Tim takes credit cards over the phone from non-local customers and today processes them in QuickBooks, then manually updates MonuDesk — double entry. The current MonuPay workaround is opening the order’s customer portal and typing the card in on the customer’s behalf; he wants a direct staff-side card-entry flow, and Dennis committed on the call to adding a way to enter cards without going through the portal.
