Email a payment link once an order is approved

A customer signs off on the drawing and approves the order but has not paid anything yet. I need to send them a request for the deposit with a link they can click and pay through MonuPay.

Today I have to create a progressive invoice in QuickBooks just to do that. It needs to go out by email, not only through the customer portal, because not every customer is going to use the portal.
