Per-line lettering style selectors in the inscription section

In the Lettering Style section, replace the single text box with subheadings for each part of the inscription:

SURNAME / GIVEN NAMES / DATES / VERSES / PANELS

Each subheading should have its own selector for: U Sunk, Raised, Outline, Shadow Polish, Shadow Frost.

Line-level granularity instead of one global lettering style.
