Deed and Permit Task Dropdown

Feature Request
I want a dropdown menu for key tasks related to deeds and permits, specifically: 1. accepting a deed with copy, 2. permit application, 3. approved permit, and 4. Return deed with signature. This would help manage these key tasks more efficiently than the current manual workflow setup.

    Hi Joann! Would this be a task just like the “stone” task where you can either check it off or cycle through and see different steps of that task? Please confirm
