The customer portal currently only works for monument orders, but service orders (lettering, cleaning, leveling) generate the most "where's my order" calls β cemetery permits often run 2 to 8+ weeks.
Enable the portal for service orders too. Hide the monument-specific stage timeline and visuals, and let me add a custom note explaining typical service timelines so customers know what to expect.
