What it does: The user should be able to share a simple link with their customer where the customer can check on their order anytime without calling the office. The customer opens the link on their phone and sees where their order stands (a simple progress bar from Order Confirmed to Installed), all their documents (invoice, receipt, design drawings), and how much they owe. The customer should also be able to pay right from the link and approve the drawing with one tap. If the customer wants changes to the design, they should be able to type what they want and the monument company sees it in MonuDesk. No app to download, no account to create. Just a link. The portal should show the monument company's name and logo, not MonuDesk's. This should reduce phone calls from families asking about their order status.
