Customer Pickup option (instead of having to attach a cemetery)

Let me mark a new order as "Customer Pickup" instead of having to attach a cemetery. About 20% of our orders are customer pickup, and right now I work around it by adding "Cust. Pickup" as a fake cemetery.

Options should be: Cemetery (installation), Customer Pickup, Ship to Dealer. Should show on the kanban card, work-week printout, and PDFs.
