What it does: There should be a dedicated page where the user can see all their customers in one place. The user should be able to search by name and click on any contact to see every order that customer has placed. When creating a new order, the user should be able to start typing a customer's name and the system should fill in their phone, email, and address automatically. No more retyping the same info. If a customer calls asking about their order, the user should be able to search their name and see exactly where every one of their orders stands.
