Companion stones (single last name in sketch, multi-stone orders)

Two related asks:

In the sketch: when an order is companion, the last name should only show once (currently shows twice) and middle names should populate beside the first name, not below.

More broadly: I'd like to add multiple stones to a single order — wingjob orders, double-stone orders where a couple gets one base and two dies, etc. Right now the system only supports one monument per order, so I have to use order notes as a workaround.
