Cemetery-Specific Sales Tax Rates

I want to be able to set different sales tax percentages for each cemetery. Currently, the system only allows one global tax rate, but we pay tax based on the cemetery location, so the rates vary. It is important because we need accurate tax calculations for different locations without manual adjustments.
