Auto-populate stone pricing on partner quote requests

When a partner orders a standard stone, the size, color, and finish are already known, so the price should not need to be typed by hand — manual pricing on every request slows quotes down. Pull the stone and base prices automatically from the pricing already configured, so the wholesaler just double-checks and sends. Variable items like lettering and carving can stay manual since they depend on character counts and design.
