Additional Cemetery Plot Fields (Block and Tier)

I want to be able to add "Block" and "Tier" fields to the cemetery plot section. Currently, there are only fields for Section, Lot, and Space, but many cemeteries we deal with require more specific location details. It's important because right now I have to cram this extra info into the Space field, which is messy.
