Unable to assign PO to one vendor and ship-to to another vendor

I wanted to order my granite from my granite vendor and send it to my sandblast vendor, but MonuDesk says it needs a line item assigned to the sandblast vendor. Please see the attached screenshot. I’m unable to send PO’s to my sandblast vendor until this is fixed.
