Text not saving in orders (dates, descriptions, promise dates, cemetery info)

Text I type into orders sometimes doesn't save:

• Parts of dates I type in
• Descriptions in service orders
• Promise dates
• Cemetery section/lot/space numbers

I press save and it doesn't show up, even after multiple attempts. This has happened mid-customer-meeting more than once.
