Skin Frost should have its own lettering category

When I click on Lettering Style and want Skin Frost, it sits under Sunk Lettering — but Skin Frost isn't actually sunk. Either rename "Sunk Lettering" to "Sandblast Lettering" (since Skin Frost is a sandblast technique), or move Skin Frost out under its own parent category.

Right now Skin Frost is also a blocker in the quote flow because it's technically neither sunk nor raised, but the flow forces one of those before I can move on.
