Lettering Line Item Keeps Coming Back

Every time I create a quote or order, the lettering line wants to automate a value of $410. Every time I enter it, it re-appears in the next screen. When I delete it in the last screen (order review), it still shows up as a line item and in the subtotal, but not the total (total price is correct and does not reflect the lettering item).
