Getting the proof to show up o the shop ticket

Sometimes the proof shows up on the shop ticket, other times it does not. I have tried uploading both pdf and jpg file types to the order page and to the documents page as a drawing. Tell me how I can make the proof show up on the shop ticket every time please and thank you!

    Hi Asa, thank you for reporting this bug! This is currently an error that appears when you attach more than one drawing to an order. We are working on this and will resolve this next week.
