Add a foundation fee calculator (Currently you can only calculate the cemetery fees)

In the state of Georgia, a cemetery fee is not always required. The foundation fee is always required because the foundation is what we charge for installation, and installation/ foundation fee is what we charge $70/ft on. It is currently set up to where the cemetery fee is actually the foundation fee. Cemetery fees are not always included because not all cemeteries charge a fee. If this is confusing you can always call if that would help to explain better.
