Hi there 👋 This one is a big step for your margins: 70+ new features and upgrades, most of them asked for on your calls with us. Here are the ones you'll feel first: the profit on every order, a Price Book with every stone you've sold, the full payment history on every receipt, and signed contracts saved for you.

💰 See the profit on every order

  • Track job costs right on the order: open any order in Orders, press Add Expenses next to Log Payment and add stone, freight, labor, cemetery fees and more.

  • Know what you really earn: expenses, order total and profit side by side, never shown to the family.

  • The big picture: Expenses, Profit and the new Profit margin % in Business Intelligence on your Dashboard, broken down by salesperson, cemetery or order type (Pro).

🏷️ A real Price Book

  • Every stone you've sold, in one place: each with a picture, its sizes, list price, cost, how often you sold it and the last price you got. See it now in Settings → Price Book.

  • Fix a price once: the next order starts with the new list price, past orders stay as they were.

  • Price your website stones in the Website stones tab so leads arrive with the price filled in (Max).

  • Price by size: set a rate per cubic inch for each granite in Settings → Colors and MonuDesk works out the stone's cost, then your price with your markup.

  • Change whole price lists in seconds: inventory, line items or cemetery fees, by a percent, an amount or a markup, with a preview and undo.

🧾 Payment history on every receipt

  • Every payment, listed: receipts and invoices show each payment with its date, method, check number or card's last four, and memo.

  • Clear when several people pay: a note like "Paid by daughter" prints right next to the amount.

  • Undo a payment you just recorded, before it reaches the balance or QuickBooks.

✍️ Signed contracts saved for you

  • Accept online, signed on the line: when a family presses Accept & Sign in the portal, their name goes on the contract's signature line and the Signed contract PDF is saved to the order.

  • It never changes: later edits to the order leave the signed copy as it was.

  • Expected installation: families see the expected installation date, or your date range, in their portal. Set it up in Settings → Customer Portal.

🪨 Faster quotes, the way your shop works

  • Star your favorite granites in Settings → Colors or right in New Quote, and they sit at the top of every color list.

  • Lettering presets: save a line's lettering style once and apply it to any line in one click. Manage them in Settings → Lettering Presets.

  • Your size labels: pick Width, Thickness, Height wording in Settings → Dimension Labels.

  • Vase hole yes or no on flat and bronze markers, on the shop ticket and the PO.

  • Finish codes at a glance: P2, P3, PFT / BRP and more, plus Straight, Random and Scalloped slant tops.

🌏 Families who read Chinese

  • Portal, emails, texts and PDFs in Chinese, Simplified or Traditional, picked automatically from a name typed in Chinese or by the family in their portal.

🌐 New for Max

  • Leads reach the right person: alert everyone at the location or only the people you pick, or let salespeople take turns, in Settings → Website Leads.

  • Save a lead's price and the quote is created for you.

  • Google reviews by text message too, with a preview of exactly what the family gets, in Settings → Google reviews.

  • A stone catalogue that sells: Request a quote on every stone, photos in a cemetery, and a simpler designer on phones.

📍 Several locations

  • Never create a customer twice: the Contacts check looks at every location.

  • Find any order at your other locations from the search in Orders, marked with the location name.

The rest

  • Undo for deletes, cancelled orders and messages to customers, for a few seconds after you click.

  • Notifications name the job: "order 1042 (Mary Stevens)", not just a number.

  • Quiet orders: one switch on an order stops every automatic email and text to that customer.

  • Archive without ticking to-dos on completed orders.

  • MonuStudio letter heights match the real capital height in your cut files.
