You can now decide exactly how MonuDesk fields map to QuickBooks fields. Stone, foundation, lettering, accessories, custom items — each one can flow into the right place in QBO instead of getting lumped together.

💼 Pick your income accounts

Choose which QuickBooks income account each line item type flows into. If you track stone sales separately from service revenue or accessory sales, your books now reflect that automatically.

To set it up: Settings, Integrations, QuickBooks. Open the new mapping section and assign your accounts.
