New Update: Automatic sales tax, Stages between quote & confirmed orders, Better order management board, Better accessories
Good morning everyone 👋 We added a bunch of new features and upgrades, most of them straight from your calls and messages with us. Sales tax now fills itself in, your supplier can price an order that you accept with one click, and you can add your own stages before Confirmed Order.
🧾 Automatic sales tax
Settings → Order Management → Taxes → Automatic Tax Calculation: new quotes take the sales tax for the customer's ZIP code. Switch it on when you're ready.
Editing keeps the rate: an edited order keeps the tax rate it was saved with, unless you type a new one.
🤝 Supplier price requests
Order → More → Send to Supplier: your supplier gets it as a price request, with the stone price filled in from their inventory.
Priced by your supplier: the card on your board shows the price once it's in. Click it to open the order on their board.
Accept it in the order: see the supplier's price, your price to the family and your margin, then Accept price or Request changes.
🗂️ Your stages, your way
Settings → Order Management → Stages: add stages like "Contacted" between Quote and Confirmed Order. Invoices and to-dos still start at Confirmed Order.
Lead source: note how each customer found you (phone, walk-in, referral, radio and more) on a new quote, and show it on cards via Settings → Order Management → Card Display.
✅ Tasks and teamwork
Checked off by: hover a finished task to see who did it and when. The order's owner is notified.
A live board: coworkers' changes appear on your board and in open orders within a second.
Settings → Office Locations: let staff find and open orders from every location.
To-dos preview: the last step of a new order lists the to-dos it will create and where each one starts.
Drawing approved: a green check on the card once the family approves the latest drawing.
📦 Inventory and accessories
Inventory → Print or Download CSV: a count sheet of the items you filtered, ready to count on.
Total stone weight when you select orders in Orders → Bulk Documents for a purchase order.
24 common vaults with prices are ready in your Vaults catalogue.
Add a missing photo or vase size right in the New Quote wizard. It's saved for next time.
Accessory sizes accept decimals and a typed unit, like "9.5x12 cm".
The rest
Finished orders file themselves: paid orders with every to-do done move from Completed to Archives after 24 hours.
Edit Order saves instantly: documents update in the background.
Shop tickets start with no pictures ticked, and printing again replaces the old copy.
Finish presets sit in one row, with the chosen one spelled out ("P5 · All polished").
Add a county from the cemetery form without leaving it.
Calendar keeps your view between Installation and Production. Print sits by the settings gear.
Basic customers can try Pro for 7 days and keep it automatically, or stay on Basic in Settings → Billing.
New accounts get a Shop Setup checklist that ticks itself off, with Skip and Remind me on every step.
