Huge MonuDesk Update: Commissions, reminders on a note, customer pickup & a faster app

Commissions are built in, a note can remind you when you need it, an order can skip the cemetery as a customer pickup, and the whole app is quicker.
💰 Commissions
Settings → Commissions — payout rules for your reps and referral partners: who a rule pays, what it applies to, and whether they earn a percentage or a flat amount.
A Commissions tab on the order — open any order and see what each person earns on it, worked out from the order itself instead of a spreadsheet.
🔔 Reminders on a note
Notes & Files → the bell beside the note box — set a reminder while you write the note, at a real time of day, with one-tap picks like 15 min, 1 hour or 3 hours.
It comes back to you — the reminder arrives in your notification bell, and you can tick it done from there so it stops.
The note carries its reminder — a reminder shows on the note itself, and you can click it to move it or take it off.
⚡ Faster App
The New Quote wizard is quicker now — moving between steps and saving a draft no longer make you wait; the save runs behind the screen while you carry on.
Updating a quote returns you to the board instead of holding you on a spinner, and the board refreshes on its own.
Search from two characters — the order board, the order search and the Insights pages start filtering a character sooner. (@Tim, this one’s for you)
📦 Customer pickup
Cemetery & Logistics → Cemetery — the package button marks an order customer pickup: no cemetery, no cemetery fee, scheduling still open.
🗂️ The order board
Archives — the archive-box button opens Completed and Cancelled Orders, where Restore to board puts an order back in its stage and Delete order takes it out of every list.
Board zoom — the pill at the bottom right steps the board down to 60%, so more of the pipeline fits.
🪨 On the quote
Items & Configuration → Monument Type — a Footstone card with its own dimensions, colour, finishes, inventory bucket, board filter and PDF label.
Service → Lettering & Inscription — up to ten people on one work order, each name and date with its own Engrave this tick; the shop ticket splits them into ENGRAVE THIS and NOTES.
🧾 Billing and QuickBooks
Settings → Order Management → How stones are itemised — bill a stone's die and base as one line or two, on documents and in QuickBooks.
Base price — a stone with base dimensions gets its own Base box in the pricing panel; money moves off the die line and the order total does not change.
Review & Create → QuickBooks fees & custom lines — match a cemetery fee or custom line to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) item it belongs to, remembered for that location.
Create new product (Review & Create → QuickBooks products) — build a line's inventory and QBO product from the order itself.
Settings → Integrations → Order sync activity — find a synced order by the customer's name or email, not just the order number.
📦 Purchase orders and stock
PO Tracking (sidebar, Pro) — every purchase order grouped by vendor, with search, Active / Completed filters and Mark completed.
Add stones to inventory? — completing a PO tops up the linked products with what the vendor cut.
Generate Purchase Order → Include installation notes — send the cemetery notes to a supplier who is setting the stone, beside the stone's Supplier Notes.
📄 Documents and print
Generate window — untick every drawing and the document prints an Additional Details box with the inscription, Design Notes included on the Contract; the cemetery pin map is picked here too.
Print — the calendars' Day view prints the crew an Install or Production Schedule, and Insights → Order Summary prints the rows on screen.
The rest
Order popup ⋯ → Send to Supplier — a read-only copy lands on a connected supplier's board, your pricing blanked out.
Settings → Cemeteries → Cemetery Requests — approve the cemeteries your partners could not find.
Settings → Profile — a new section, with Auto Sign-out after a day of inactivity and your email signature.
Conversations — clicking a thread's order chip opens that order in a popup over your inbox, so you keep your place.
Activity Timeline — an order's history now names the stage it moved into and the one it came from.
Notes & Files → Files — after an upload, a prompt notifies the customer and flips the file to External for the portal.
Cemetery picker — type a town or address, not only the name; Settings → Cemeteries adds a Cemetery Link field and Cemetery Files.
Settings → Order Management → Card Display — a Stone type row for the cards.
Accessories — a vase variant on All colors picks up colours you add later, and every account starts with a catalogue of 32 urns priced by capacity.
