Contract PDF, cemetery notes, and workflow cleanup

A focused update this week with some genuinely useful additions and a lot of cleanup based on what you've been running into.

πŸ›οΈ Cemeteries got a full upgrade

A few things changed here and they all work together.

There is now a notes field on each cemetery. It's brand new. Use it for anything β€” access instructions, contact details, special requirements, whatever you'd normally write on a sticky note.

The location field has also been updated to accept any format. Address, coordinates, written directions, a landmark description β€” however you naturally describe where a cemetery is, you can type it in now.

On top of that, you no longer need to click the pencil icon to open a cemetery in Settings. Just click the row.

And when selecting a cemetery inside the New Quote popup, you can now search and scroll your full list instead of hunting through a long dropdown. Thanks to @Kaleighand @MadelineΒ for pointing this one out.

πŸ“„ PDFs are cleaner, plus a new contract option

We fixed several issues across the PDFs and the layouts are noticeably cleaner now.

We also added a contract PDF. It's a generic agreement you can use when you want a signed record from the family. It's completely optional β€” use it or don't. In a few months it'll be fully customizable so you can tailor it to your shop's terms.

βœ… To-do cycling fix

When clicking through to-do states on an order, you could accidentally land on completed. That's fixed. Completed is now a deliberate action only.

We also renamed "states" to "steps" in the workflow section, and "tasks" to "orders" in workflow settings. The old labels were confusing.

Stay tuned β€” next week you'll be able to rename your to-dos entirely.

Also in this update

The items and configuration step in New Quote was adjusted and cleaned up, along with some label changes in the cemetery and logistics step. A few fields that were adding clutter got hidden.

Small screens had trouble adding custom sizes in the accessories step. Thanks to @Gregor for reporting that β€” it's fixed.
