📄 Combine multiple orders into one document

If a single family has three separate orders on your board (say a die, a footstone, and a service order), you can now roll them into one shop ticket, one invoice, one contract, or one purchase order.

Head to your Order Management screen and click the document icon at the top right. Select the orders you want to combine (same contact), pick which document to generate, and MonuDesk produces a single consolidated PDF with every stone and line item together. Great for wholesalers filing paperwork by PO, and great for families who don't want three separate contracts to sign.

Each source order keeps its own kanban card and stage. Only the paperwork consolidates.

Everything below is a smaller win, but there's a lot of them. Skim the groups that apply to how your shop works.

👤 Contacts and customer view

• Contacts page redesign: every contact now shows their full order history with decedent names next to every entry

• Search Contacts by decedent name, not just by contact name

• Payments and files connected to a contact are now visible right on the contact page

• Customer portal links are much shorter and cleaner

💳 QuickBooks reliability

• Orders now sync into QuickBooks as Invoices, not as General Journal entries buried in the Deposit window

• Phantom deposits, wrong entry types, and duplicate records from the payment sync are fixed

• Every synced record now populates a DocNumber so you can find MonuDesk transactions in QB by name

• Every order has a per-order sync status log showing exactly what synced when

• Multi-location customers with one QuickBooks account per location now sync to the right QBO

💰 New Quote and pricing

• Quote deposit terms (50/50, 30/70, etc.) now show what the family owes without marking it as paid

• Three-payment split (34/33/33) as a preset

• Per-order price override works on every accessory and line item, not just monuments

• Custom service types can now be added in Settings

• Ledger added as a monument type

• Frosted Inlaid added as a lettering style

• PFT MG and PFT SS base finishes, auto-created as distinct inventory rows

• Porcelains renamed to Photos across the app, with color options for bronze and metal vases and color search

• Keyboard navigation for the customer autofill dropdown

📋 Orders and to-dos

• Order to-dos now seed reliably when an order leaves the Quote stage, even if it skips Confirmed Order (porcelain, vase, laser, hand etching all covered)

• Pick which drawings go on the shop ticket instead of getting all of them

• Reopening a draft order no longer resets your custom sales tax back to 9%

• Turning off "amount to be recorded" no longer records a payment anyway

• New-contact order creation no longer fails with "quote ID missing"

• Mock name in New Quote's final step and duplicate row on step one are fixed

📄 Documents

• Foundation sizes now render correctly on the Purchase Order

• Contract pulls the correct location's contact info on multi-location accounts

🚚 Installations

• Service dimensions show a dash instead of "0x0x0"

• Schedule an install even without a cemetery on the order

👥 Team and permissions

• Office-role users with full permissions no longer see an empty Settings page

• Office-role owners can now @-tag and assign tasks to other owners

• Multi-user addition on the Users page works correctly

• Conversations: mailbox share label no longer shows "only me" when the inbox is actually shared

• MonuPay onboarding no longer blocks on the last name field
