**Sections:** customer, cemetery, decedent (maiden name, epitaph), items with pricing, foundation (depth), delivery/install instructions, design notes, production notes, images, payment status, forms/terms of payment.

All data exists, just different layout. 5th template in generation dropdown. Kayleigh prints as master order sheet.
