Get rid of "custom finish" in contracts and make it possible to edit line items in PDFs

We should be able to edit all Item Headings, the order they show up and the description of the item. Also if it isn’t standard finish it should still say Steeled 3 etc. instead custom. This is a snippet of the customer contract.
